Finally relieved! Feel much more better now :')

Royal Australasian College of Surgeons 2012

Before I work, I really thought that this is a really formal event and I'm gonna get lots of scolding if I did something wrong. But I was wrong. This 6 days event job from Sunday to Thursday really gave me a memorable, wonderful and lovely experience, and I really do enjoy working with all of them.

 Day 1 

My pass :P

The schedule for my first day is from 1pm - 7pm. Like finally I can start my job because I've been waiting for it for 1 week, and I'm stuck at home every single boring day :O

I reached there around 1.45 and all my friends are having lunch! The food over there could really make people speechless! But too bad I had my lunch before I went there. After the lunch, we started to gather and introduce ourselves to all of the part timers. And we had a short briefing from Fiona, Phillip and Andrew.

After the short briefing, the operators and editors starting to split and go to their work station and I am the EDITOR! So I follow the cute LINCOLN and MARK.

They taught us how the process is and how to use the system or server. All of us were like really very blur cause we couldn't really get what they say. You know, their English is REALLY very different and they do not have full stop in between their sentences! And that day I've only helped 1 surgeon to register. The whole day just one, How boring it is :O
But the slides are interesting. There are lots of disgusting pictures.

 Day 2 

The schedule today starts much more earlier, which is from 8.30am to 5pm. Well its much more better today and each editors starting to have a few clients. And today is the day I start having a little bit of their slang after a lot of talking LOL. Oh ya and one thing! I was wondering how much they KLCC spent on the food they preparing for us. 4-5 meals per day man! 6.30am breakfast, 10am morning tea, 12pm lunch, 3.50pm tea time and sometimes there's 5.30pm. My gosh! and the food is like WOW! I can't really tell what they prepared, but I'm sure everyone would WOW too.

And today, I start meeting Rob, the best boss ever! On the second day, me and Chu Yee was assigned to back stage and do the converting of PowerPoint slide to Flash. At first I feel sad and I think its gonna be a very very busy post, and I'm gonna seperate with Pey, Chen and PC D: But the fun starts over here!

 Day 3 

Its Monday! and no way! I have to wake up at 5am because the schedule starts at 6.30. Today is really a very busy day and at the same time Me and Chu Yee was waiting for Rob to bring us to our new work station. Nothing special happen today and It was just a busy day. Busy talking and helping the clients to register or edit the slides, busy looking at those disgusting slides. But we're still grabbing the food like a beggar who starved for few days :P Especially Danny and Drakie.

 Day 4

As usual, woke up at 5 and report myself in convention centre before 6.30 and after that have my lovely breakfast! Yummy~ And finally Rob came to me and say He is going to steal me from Lincoln today after lunch. LOL he is very funny. We headed to back stage and meet with Rob and Dave after lunch. And the first funny thing is they pronounce Chu Yee as "Chewy" and it sounds wrong! LOL.. We had lots of fun over there because we have the "cheeky girl", Chu Yee and the boss, Rob!

Still the same after change work station, we still have to face the disgusting pictures and videos! Those pictures and videos are taken during surgery and you can see organs, blood and knife cutting the skin.
I can feel the pain :O
The interesting part is, there are surgery of face, stomach, liver, throat, breast, penis legs and  bones. And I've seen it all.. until I can looking at it while eating. How amazing that I am immuned LOL

 Day 5 

Its the fifth day, and I was thinking OMG its already second last day, and its the last day for some of them. All of us starts camwhoring around and I nearly forget about work! Feel kinda sorry that I just walk away and left Dave and Rob alone at the work station :x

One of my friend looked really emo and sad. I felt really sorry that I couldn't really chat with him. He told me lots of things, and I understand how he feels... Well, I'm sure we can meet again! Hope one day he could find what he should do. He might not be able to see this post, but I still wanna say good luck to him.

 Day 6 

Its the last day today :( and we still camwhoring around. I really hope that we'll still have the chance for next year. How good if this is my full time job. I don't wanna leave the food and people over there :D

It's kinda busy for the backstage people today, because we were rushing to finish all the editings today. At first I thought that I could go back at 4 but it end up finished at 7+ and I missed the chance to gai gai with friends. My stomach is kinda weird that day, I guess its gastric and I was moody because of it. Sorry if I scold anyone or show black face that day :x

I was kinda shocked and surprised when I got this, because at first we didn't thought of its actually for us. And you know, I can feel my tears are coming out, but of course I didn't cry out ><

I don't know how to explain or describe how good it is, Its really a memorable, amazing and lovely experience for me #seriously

Study is tiring.

Sometimes, no one could understand me.

Scholarship is really what I want.

I've been trying to study hard,

And I did it on the first and second semester.

But this time, its not easy,

I couldn't really focus,

and I couldn't remember the things I memorized.

I've tried, but no one knows.

If I could choose,

I'll choose to sick after everything.

So that all those aches

would not irritates me

and stop me from concentrating.

Please don't blame me if I can't get scholarship.

Its not I chose to fall sick at this time.

I never.

She used to listen to me when I talk,

She used to give me opinions when I need,

But now, not anymore.

Things change when people grow up,

because they have their own life.
